Stay away from surgically enhancement and switch to Nonsurgical breast enlargement:Breast Enlargement

Many women are using the breast enhancers to add some fullness to the breast area. Along with this I would suggest exercises to develop the muscle underneath the breast and increasing plant based Estrogen foods.

Breast Enlargement

Breast Enlargement

Here are a list of the herbs used in almost all of the breast enhancement products.

Wild Yam is helpful to the liver and the endocrine system. It is also used in regulation of the female system, particularly during menopause and menstrual distress, as well as used in treating infertility. Used with chaste berry and dandelion it is an effective treatment for morning sickness.

Fenugreek:Breast Enlargement

Fenugreek is a herb that is often used by nursing mothers to increase their supply of breastmilk. The most common reasons for low milk supply are illness, fatigue, stress and returning to work.Often a decrease in supply is temporary but if you need a boost Fenugreek may help you. Although Fenugreek has been used for centuries by lactating mothers to increase milk supply its use in the United States is more recent and there are no controlled studies available about its use. Fenugreek has an age old reputation as a breast enlarger and contains diosgenin which is used to make synthetic estrogen and has been shown to promote the growth of breast cells. You can drink fenugreek as a tea, use it in yogurt, applesauce or soups, or make a light mixture with any lotion and massage it directly into the breasts. It may also aid in increasing sexual desire in women as well as increasing breast beauty and health.

Fenugreek contains choline which may aid the thinking process, and antioxidants that slow aging and help prevent disease. It is also helpful in calming PMS and symptoms.

Fennel relieves gas, gastrointestinal tract spasms, post chemotherapy and radiation treatments, helps liver, kidneys, spleen, clears lungs. Said to be useful as eyewash (better check up on this with your doctor). Helps with acid stomach.

According to the latest reports from the herbal community you can take the Saw Palmetto and it works by itself to increase the bustline. Here is some information on Saw Palmetto and also some exercises for you to start.

Saw palmetto is now a popular and effective treatment for prostate enlargement in men but has it’s origins in natural medicine as a breast enlarger and is still recommended today by naturopathic physicians for increasing breast size. It is also used as an aphrodesiac, for the treatment of impotence in men and inhibited sexual desire in women.

Saw palmetto has been used for centuries. Native Americans, dating back to pre-Mayan civilizations, used the berries for food and medicine and particularly for breast disorders in women. Early American botanists noted that animals who were fed with these berries grew sleek and robust, experienced restored sexual vigor and improved muscle tone. Saw palmetto is useful as a nutritive tonic, supporting the function of a healthy appetite and smooth digestion. Saw palmetto berry also tones the urethra, and it may be used to uphold the healthy function of the thyroid gland and urinary system.

Saw palmetto is currently used in the U.S. as a treatment for prostate enlargement though it is coming back into use as a breast enhancer and sexual tonic. This remarkable herb has no side effects or drug interactions.

The herbs, exercises and changing your diet a little can add a cup size. I used and still use the herbs because I lost 80 pounds and lost a couple of sizes in the breast area. I have added one full size since I started taking the herbs and doing the exercises.

All women want great looking breasts. But before I answer your question, let me give you a quick anatomy lesson. Your breasts are actually made up of fatty or adipose tissue, so their size depends upon how much fat you tend to store there, which calls in factors like your genetics, your weight, your health and your age. The muscles that reside directly underneath your breast are called the pectorals. They are partly responsible for the “perkiness” of your breasts. So to answer your question: No, you can’t do anything about the size of your breasts (short of gaining weight or getting surgery.)

However, you can make them appear bigger, firmer and more shapely by working your pectoral muscles, a.k.a your chest muscles. But the good news is that you can tuck that twenty dollar bill back inside your bra — there is no magical product, cream or device that will help you put your best breasts forward. I’m going to recommend three exercises for you to do at home that won’t cost you a dime and will put more boom in your boom-chicka-boom in 6-8 weeks. Simply do 1-3, 8-15 rep sets of each move, 2-3 times a week and I guarantee you’ll see results! Have fun.

1. The Modified Push Up:Breast Enlargement

Lie on your stomach, bend your knees, and cross your ankles. Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Straighten your arms and lift your body so you’re balanced on your palms and knees. Tuck your chin a few inches toward your chest so your forehead faces the floor. Tighten your abdominals.

Bend your elbows and lower your entire body at once. Rather than trying to touch your chest to the floor, lower only until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Push back up. Don’t lock your elbows at the top of the movement and don’t do the dreaded “head bob.” That’s when you dip your head toward the floor without moving any other part of your body.

2. Soup Can Press:Breast Enlargement

Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and a soup can or dumbbell in each hand. Push the soup cans up so your arms are directly over your shoulders and your palms face away from you. Pull your abdominals in but don’t jam your back into the floor; don’t let it arch way up, either. Tilt your chin toward your chest.

Lower the soup cans down and a little to the side until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Push the weights back up, taking care not to lock your elbows or allow your shoulder blades to rise off the floor. (Note: Use soup cans of equal weight. When those get too light, you can fill two Pinesol bottles with dried beans or pebbles.)

3. Incline Fly:Breast Enlargement

Lie on the floor with your head, neck and upper back propped up against several large pillows. Hold a soup can or dumbbell in each hand and press the weights directly above your chest, palms facing each other. Tuck your chin to your chest to align your neck with the rest of your spine, and maintain your natural back posture, neither arched nor flattened.

Spreading your arms apart so that your elbows travel down and to the sides, lower the weights until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Maintaining a constant bend in your elbows, lift the weights back up, imagining that you have a barrel lying on your chest and you have to keep your arms wide to reach around it.Breast Enlargement

Description of the disease, causes and diagnosis, treatment options, clinical trials, and additional resources:Mesothelioma

April 29th, 2011

Mesothelioma Treatment:Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma is a rare cancer that occurs in the lungs. In addition to affecting the lungs, it can also result in complications that affect the heart and the abdomen. Every year, there are as many as 3,000 people diagnosed with mesothelioma. Men are four times more likely than women to be diagnosed with mesothelioma, and with the exception of benign mesothelioma all forms of the disease are terminal. There is no cure.

mesothelioma

mesothelioma

Patients who are diagnosed with the disease are expected to survive for less than a year in most cases, although there are other factors that can change the life expectancy of the patient.

Causes of Mesothelioma:Mesothelioma

This terminal cancer is often caused by exposure to asbestos which is inhaled or otherwise ingested. This leads to inflammation and infection. Asbestos is a naturally occurring but dangerous fiber that was often used by a large number of industries throughout the twentieth century. The dangers of asbestos become well known in the seventies, leading to a decline in its use. Unfortunately, it is still found in some buildings. More than thirty percent of the people who suffer from mesothelioma are veterans.

Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma

Types of Mesothelioma:Mesothelioma

There are five different types of mesothelioma that the medical world is aware of. One of them is benign, but the following four are terminal diseases.
Pleural Mesothelioma:
This is the most common form of the disease, affecting seventy five percent of the people who are diagnosed with the disease. It forms in the lining of the lungs, which is referred to in the medical world as pleura.
Peritoneal Mesothelioma:
Twenty percent of people who suffer from the disease suffer from this variant. Rather than in the lungs, this forms in the lining of the abdomen. This lining is known as the peritoneal membrane.

Pericardial Mesothelioma:
Affecting about five percent of the people with the disease, this cancer develops inside the lining of the heart, which is known as the pericardium.

Testicular Mesothelioma: This is an extremely rare form of the disease, and occurs in the testicles of men.
Symptoms of Mesothelioma:Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma does not show any signs of occurrence until two to five decades after a patient was exposed to asbestos. The symptoms of mesothelioma are often easy to confuse with the symptoms of much less dangerous diseases. Some of the most common symptoms are lung issues. These include chest pain, a cough that does not go away, and shortness of breath. Lumps may also develop under the skin and chest. Patients may also feel abdominal pain and nausea, they may lose weight, and they may have bowel issues. Patients may also feel heart palpitations, have difficulty breathing, and suffer from night sweats.
Mesothelioma Treatment:Mesothelioma
A patient who has been found to show all of the symptoms of mesothelioma and has been diagnosed as such will then go on to receive treatment for the disease. There are a number of different types of treatment available for this disease. Among the options that are available are surgery and chemotherapy. Another option is radiation therapy. Many patients who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma are given more than one of these treatments this is referred to as multimodality therapy. By combining more than one of these effective, rigorous treatments, it is possible to approach a solution to the cancer from various angles. This improves upon the life expectancy of the patient so that they are much more likely to survive the disease.
In addition to these options, there are also some more experimental procedures. Among these options are photodynamic therapy, gene therapy, and immunotherapy. Unfortunately, these options are still in the experimental phase, with little knowledge as to their effectiveness. For this reason they are typically only available to patients as part of a clinical trial.
Some of the more recent clinical trials conducted on photodynamic therapy and immunotherapy have shown results that are positive enough to suggest that further research is a good idea. Patients who agree to take part in a clinical trial are not only exposing themselves to treatments that may be beneficial; they are also providing researchers with the information that they need to develop new treatments and possibly cures for people who are suffering from mesothelioma in the present and future.

* Shaving is still the most common and inexpensive method to remove unwanted hair. With care, it gives you a great, smooth feeling with the least fuss.
* Tweeze eyebrows immediately after a shower or bath to loosen hair. If you find it painful, apply teething gel beforehand.

* Apply a coat of Vaseline to sensitive spots when using a depilatory or hot wax to keep it off of those areas.

The most common form of dementia among older people is Alzheimer’s disease, which initially involves the parts of the brain that control thought, memory, and language. Although scientists are learning more every day, right now they still do not know what causes Alzheimer’s disease, and there is no cure.

Mesothelioma Cancer:Cancer and Disease

Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer in which malignant cells are found in the mesothelium, a protective sac that covers most of the body’s internal organs. The latest information indicates most people who develop mesothelioma have worked on jobs where they inhaled asbestos particles.

The mesothelium is a membrane that covers and protects most of the internal organs of the body. It is composed of two layers of cells: One layer immediately surrounds the organ; the other forms a sac around it. The mesothelium produces a fluid that lubricates the area between these layers, allowing moving organs (such as the beating heart and the expanding and contracting lungs) to glide easily against adjacent structures.

Beauty Tips for Teens:Beauty Tips for Teens

Being a teen in today’s world brings many pressures from society to look good. The media is full of beautiful faces that add to the stress of growing up. Don’t let that undermine your self-confidence!

Beauty Tips for Teens

Beauty Tips for Teens

What’s a girl to do? There are many ways to enhance your natural beauty and keep a practical skin care and make-up routine. These tips will help bring out the best in you, but remember, good posture and a smile give a great first impression.

Teen Skin Care Tips:Beauty Tips for Teens

Teenagers have different skin care and make-up needs than mature women. At what age should a teen begin a skin care regimen? Skin care should actually start when they are preteens, as early as the age of 10 or 11. Hormones start to kick in and blemishes may begin to appear.

As you mature, your skin care needs will change, as your skin does. Pay special attention to what products you are using and if there are any undesirable affects taking place. What makes your skin look radiant one month may cause blemishes and break-outs the next.

* Moisturizer

At an early age, a light moisturizer may be called for — but do not use heavy creams made for dry skin. Choose a product that is formulated for light skin care maintenance and does not block your pores.

A heavy moisturizer will probably wreak havoc and cause pimples. Try using a light moisturizer only once a day, before bedtime. Any more often than that is probably be overdoing it.

* Pimples and Blemishes

Acne is a #1 skin care concern for teens. Keep your face and hair clean, wash your hands frequently, and keep them away from your face. There are many products available on the market today for acne prevention and cures, and they are much more effective than years ago.

Once you begin experiencing problems, take action to avoid lifetime scarring. You can go to the Blemishes Page to find out how to get rid of pimples, preventative maintenance and how to reduce the appearance of blemishes once they appear.

Make-up Tips for Teens

Most teenage girls begin wearing light make-up around the ages of 12-13 as they become more aware of their appearance. As a teen, your make-up should look natural and enhance your facial features. Don’t overdo it, this will only make you look silly. With a few simple, inexpensive products, you can play up your finest features — and look great!

Keep your make-up light for school. You don’t need to use make-up on every facial feature you have! Mix and match to find out what looks best on you.

For parties, you may want to add a little more make-up to enhance your features. Make sure you blend it in well with your fingers or a cosmetics brush and check it in bright light when you’re finished.

* Foundation

Foundation for teens is not necessary. While it can clog your pores, it will also look overdone. Skip the foundation and use a concealer on your blemishes only. Lightly dust on some loose powder over your entire face to even out your skin tone, control oil, and set the concealer.

* Freckles

Don’t try to hide your freckles. You may not appreciate them, but they are part of you. Exposure to sunlight makes freckles darker so avoiding the sun and using a sunscreen will keep them in check. As you get older, they can fade — and then they won’t be an issue.

* Eye Make-up

You may not be interested in eye shadow until you’re a little older. If so, that’s great. When you do begin wearing it, keep it light and use any trendy metallics and sparkles sparingly. They can flake off into your eyes and cause irritation. Eye shadow does not have to match your eyes, however earth tones (tan, brown, gray) are very complimentary to blue, brown and hazel eyes.

When you begin using mascara, brown works best for both blondes and brunettes. Black is probably too harsh, especially in the daytime. If you think brown isn’t dark enough, try brownish-black.

Waterproof mascara may be necessary for sports and outdoor activities in warm weather. It stays on longer and doesn’t run — but it’s harder to take off. It’s best to keep make-up to a minimum and you won’t have to worry about undesired smearing.

If you’re going to use an eyeliner, a pencil liner looks more natural than liquid liner. Learn to apply it with a steady hand for straight lines, and blot it with a tissue if you get it on too dark.

* Blush

Liquid and stick blush are popular choices for teens because they glide on smoothly and blend in well. Pinks and peaches compliment almost any skin tone. Apply to the apple of your cheeks and blend outwards, towards your hairline.

* Lips

For luscious lips, lip gloss does the trick. If you want to add some color to your lips for a nighttime look, try a lipstick in a sheer color. For extra shine, put the lip gloss on over your lipstick. Always have lip balm handy for chapped lips.

General Makeup Advice:Beauty Tips for Teens

As with any make-up, blending is the key. Check your make-up in daylight if possible and don’t be afraid to swipe off any access with a tissue. For additional tips, check out our Makeup Tips page.

If you ever experience any skin irritation, quit using make-up immediately until you find out what the problem is. Consult your dermatologist for the best remedy.

Determining Your Hair Type:Hair Type

March 10th, 2011

Determining Your Hair Type: Hair Type

The type of hair dictates the kind of care and style it needs. The testure of hair is genetically determined. Each individual hair may be coarse, fine, thick or curly. Your hair’s type and texture will affect its care and condition and also determine the styles that will suit you best.

Hair Type

Hair Type

Hair texture:Hair Type

Hair may be coarse, fine, frizzy or thick. You may have a lot of hair follicles on your head, giving you a thick head of hair, or you may have fewer, giving you fine, flyaway hair. The thickness of the individual hairs also varies from person to person; these factors will determine your hair care routine.
The amount of natural cural in a hair depends on the shape of the hair follicles. Straight hair grows from a follicle that is more or less round, and the hair itself is round in cross section. Wavy hair is kidney-shaped in cross section, and the amount of wave in the hair depends on the degree of curve in the follicle. Curly hair grows from a very curved hair follicle.

Hair Type

Hair Type

Hair condition:Hair Type

Although no two people have the same hair, most people’s hair falls into one of three categories; dry, normal, or oily. these categories are determined by the amount of oil produced by the sebaceous glands, which are located at the top of each hair follicle close to the scalp surface. This oil is necessary to healthy hair, as it coats the hair in a fine layer, providing sheen and elasticity.

Dry Hair:Hair Type

Dry hair occurs when the sebaceous glands produce too little oil to keep the surface of the hair supple and shiny. Dry hair looks dull and brittle, and often feels rough to the touch; it often splits easilt and loses elasticity.
Dry hair may be caused artifically, from overprocesing and overheating, from too much sunlight, too much perming and bleaching, or overfrequent washing. Dry hair has little natural protection and regular conditioning is essential. A weekly deep moisturizing treatment is recommended to keep dry hair in good condition, and ends need regular trimming to avoid splitting.

Oily Hair:Hair Type

Oily hair generally goes hand in hand with oily skin. It is due to overproduction from the sebaceous glands, which coats the hair with excess oil and makes it lank and lifeless within a day or so of washing. The grease attracts dust, so oily hair needs frequent washing. Use a mild shampoo if you wash your hair daily, as the hair requires a certain amount of natural oil if it is to stay healthy and elastic. Hair may become more oily during times of illness or stress. Only comb or brush it when necessary, and do not play with the hair or rub the scalp, since this only stimulates the sebaceous glands.

Normal Hair:Hair Type

Normal hair is as much the result of good luck as is is careful treatment. It has a natural gloss and shine and feels soft and smooth to the touch. Always use mild shampoos and conditioners, and at the first sign of any problems, take the necessary steps to protect your hair.

Combination Hair:Hair Type

This type of hair is oily at the scalp and dry at the ends. It occurs more in oily long hair that has damaged ends. It can also occur to people with dandruff as the oil soaks into the dry flakes on the scalp instead of travelling along the hair shaft. Use a mild shampoo and condition the ends of the hair only, leaving the scalp free from this type of treatment.

How to Condition your Hair :Hair Condition

March 10th, 2011

Instant Conditioners:Hair Condition

The main purpose of any conditioner is to restore the electrical balance of the hair. Conditioners also smooth the scales of the cuticle, making the hair less liable to tangle, and give hair a better sheen when dry. Conditioners can bring bounce, body, shine, and manageability back to hair that would otherwise be dull. They can also help to seal each hair, guarding against water evaporation, which is the major cause of dryness.

There are conditioners in different stregths for every type of hair. The instant conditioners are massaged in and then immediately rinsed off while others are left on the hair for a longer period of time and work in conjunction with heat to provide extra help. Conditioners only provide temporary relief from dryness as the hair cannot be permanantly mended once it has grown out of the scalp, but they are a vital part of the hair care routine and should be used regularly.

Instant Conditioners:Hair Condition

The instant conditioners, or cream rinses as they were once called, are intended to be used after every shampoo. They coat each hair with a thin film that corrects dryness and superficially mends any damage. Once the hair has been washed the conditioner is massaged in, left on for a few minutes, then rinsed off thoroughly.

Only a small amount of conditioner is needed. If you use too much conditioner or fail to rinse the hair well you may find your hair has become sticky and greasy. Don’t overcondition your hair or it may become too soft and impossible to curl. If your hair is particularly dry at the ends, apply conditioner to those areas only and leave the naturally healthy hair at the roots alone.

Deep Conditioning Treatments:Hair Condition

In addition to instant conditioners, there are deep penetrating conditioners that are meant for occasional use. These deep conditioners are especially useful for dry or processed hair or hair that has been damaged by too much time spent in the sun.

Creamy deep conditioning treatments are massaged into the hair and left on the hair from anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes; follow the manufacturer’s instructions. When you are massaging the conditioner in, pay particular attention to the drier areas. To gain maximum benefit from this treatment, leave the cream on the hair after massaging, wrap the head in foil to retain heat and the treatment continue. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water to remove all of the conditioner.

Hot oil treatments are just as efficient, and are especially good for dry hair. You can buy small tubes of oil treatment or just use almond oil. Warm the oil, then apply it to the hair. Massage it in well and wrap the head in plastic wrap or foil. Cover the head with a warm towel and leave for half an hour; the heat from the towel helps the oil to penetrate. Then shampoo the hair and rinse thoroughly. For an even better treatment, leave the oil on overnight. Then wash it out with two applications of shampoo and condition as usual. If your hair is dry or damaged, use a hot oil treatment once a week. For normal or oily hair once or twice a month should be sufficient.Hair Condition

Long Hair:long hair styles

For best long hair styles, work with your hair’s natural texture. If working against the natural texture, ensure that your hair is styled correctly (right styling technique, tools and products). Even though hair can be long, it still must have a strong cut & color.

Short Hair:long hair styles

Don’t shampoo your short style too much and use products that enhance your cut, but don’t take over your style. Ensure that your hair is cut on a regular basis (4-6 weeks) to keep your style in check.

Dry Hair:long hair styles

For dry hair always, use a conditioning treatment at least once a week. For an in-salon treatment, I recommend Aveda Elixir Remedy and for at home maintenance, I recommend Sap Moss Nourishing Concentrate. At home, always use a regular conditioner, plus a conditioning treatment.

Curly Hair:long hair styles

Shampoo curly hair only once a week but rinse daily and use Aveda Elixir leave-in conditioner as a styling product. Avoid any products that contain alcohol, as these dry your hair out and create much dreaded frizz.
Colored Hair:long hair styles
Ensure that any colour you choose compliments your skin tone & eye color. Also take into account your current style – ensure that the color compliments your style without overtaking it! I always think that color has to also suit the personal attitude and lifestyle of the client.

Fringes:long hair styles

Very fashionable at the moment! A fringe must suit your face shape and not just reflect the current fashion trends. Always have a professional stylist trim your fringe (offered as a complimentary maintenance service at Synergy Hair Melbourne) and NEVER use the kitchen scissors!

Blow-drying Hair Straight:long hair styles
Always use a protective product when styling your hair straight. Good tools are essential – use a blow-dryer with a strong air flow, not just a very hot one. If blow-drying hair straight regularly, use a treatment, weekly, to prevent your hair from drying out and frazzled ends.
